Niagara Blower Acquires Kathabar—Niagara Blower Company has acquired the assets of Kathabar, Inc. from Ross Air Systems. The newly formed subsidiary will be called Kathabar Dehumidification Systems, Inc. (KDS). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
